{MAUI} We are hiring for the Office and Sales Administrator for our Mau’i location!

This part time position (which has potential to grow into full time) will support the Sales Rental Specialist and the growth efforts of sales for Accel Event Rentals- Maui through organization of the office, invoice creation, and support of the operation as a whole. This person will also be responsible for job confirmations as well as the collection of deposits/balances due and follow up calls for each event.
.
Must be customer service driven with strong written and verbal communication skills. The Maui Office and Sales Administrator has a team mentality, and is able to prioritize information quickly and efficiently to ensure it is disseminated to the right people.
